Incorporate open source frame works such as Struts, Spring, Ibatis and Hibernate in business applications. Maintain software versions including customization, porting installation scripts and perform Quality Assurance Tests. Will also accept Master’s degree in Comp Sci, Engg (any) or related and 3 years of experience as a Computer Software Professional. Lead teams to perform automated and manual testing of software applications using Quality Center, Load Runner, Quick Test Pro, Selenium, Test Partner. Plan and coordinate all testing activities, including test plans, strategy, STLC/QALC &, RTM under Agile Environment. Perform functional, system performance, white box and integration testing. Prepare automated Test Scripts by using TSL/VB Script/Java Script. Initiate and conduct meeting with customers to understand functionality to define testing strategy, QA Methodology. Responsible for testing deliverables. Train and guide team on testing standards and procedures.
